She had been the financial officer of an organization and involved in the publishing department of the Film Comment magazine, since 1974 when the Flim society got its label. She initially joined the Flim society in the year 1974 as the programmer for the movie of Park Series. Afterwards, she got promoted to the administrative department just before her position as chief executive director was confirmed and announced in the year 1999. In the same year, she got chosen by the board of directors as the Executive Vice President.

She was such an inspiration and influencing personality that she remained consistent in her work even after leaving her job as the Executive Director, for numerous projects along with directing the New Building and Redevelopment Program, which was mainly objected to reconstructing the new Film centre in the year 2011. She was of New York origin, born on the 19th of October in the year 1929. She got her graduation degree in political science and economics from Goddard College. She started working at the filming department of the New York Museum of Modern Art.

Later she lost the opportunity of becoming the Technical Director of the MoMA because of nepotism although she became the Administrative Director after her marriage to Robert Koch. Robert was first married to Oscar Godbout. Later she married Robert Koch after his divorce from Oscar. She had a daughter and three stepsons with Richard. She had two grandsons and four grand-step-daughters and three of the grand-step-sons as well. She’ll be remembered and loved by all.
