As per the reports, the Radio DJ left this world on Wednesday, 31st August 2022 and left her family, fans, and loved ones in a mourning state. According to the reports, he took his last breath at his house and his family was unable to take him to the hospital on time. The cause of his demise has been identified as due to long battle with illness. Though it is not known from which disease he was suffering. He used to reside in Worthing which is located in West Sussex. He was popular amongst his fans and listeners as “Mr Lurve”.

He hosted many radio shows and watch active in this field for over 50 years. on the airwaves throughout Sussex and the south part of England. As per the report, he passed away at St Barnabas Hospice in Worthing with his family by his side on Wednesday, 31st August 2022. His passing news is officially confirmed by Regency Radio where he last served. The Regency Radio stated that the late DJ left a hole which is difficult to fill and no one can take his place.” The real surname of Mr Harcourt was Obiajulu who shifted to the United Kingdom from Nigeria in the year 1964 in the hope of better living or making his career bright which he eventually did.

Initially, he began his career as DJ in clubs and pubs on the east side of London. In the year 1986, he became part of Southern Sound after presenting on hospital radio and with his new joining, he became the company and fans’ favourite. The station which later on changed into Heart FM and Southern FM, featured his Night-time Heart, Soul Direction, the Love Zone, Soul, and The Love Hour. After that, he worked with many radio shows and channels. Several of his co-workers expressed their sorrow through social media and missed him. Jay Jackson who working in Regency Radio stated that “The entire team are shattered by the unfortunate news. The late DJ was a brilliant human being. May God give rest to his soul.”
