But there is a question why he would slap the former Mayor? He has been charged with second-degree assault and felony complaints. But later several updates were saying that the charges were dropped and degraded. He appeared in court on 27 June.

He could have been sent to the jail for assault and harassment but luckily he still has his job. But online users are heavily criticizing the procedure of the shopping market and the authorities. He was not suspended and he was not fired from the job. In the video we can see that he was slapped on his back and Daniel was immediately taken into custody but later he was released. The cause of the violence is still unknown. He was viciously attacked. He later revealed in an interview that he felt like someone shot in the back. The video is ridiculous and no one can believe that such an encounter happened with him. The New York Police Department immediately help him and solve the case. And luckily I did not fall. Is currently 78 years old. He felt a tremendous pain in his back and he was feeling awkward. New York Times also mentioned the story on the front page and the Mayor was supported by many individuals.
