Toronto’s Mimico Double Shooting Incident
As the police have revealed the shooting occurred on the night of Thursday and it has been reported that multiple gunshots were heard, when the police arrived at the shooting site near Mimico Avenue and Lakeshore Boulevard west area around 8: 30 pm, they found one person dead and the other severely injured. As the police revealed there were several people who were involved in a fight and firearms were also reported to be seen near the people fighting near the fight scene. The person who was confirmed to be dead was alive when the police arrived, and he was also provided with necessary life-saving measures but he succumbed to his injuries.
One Dead & One Injured In Toronto’s Mimico Double Shooting
At the site of the shooting, there were multiple cars and officers seen after the shooting was informed and the police were investigating the case. Toronto police Operations has a spate page on Twitter and through Twitter, they have revealed that the shooting site has a large police presence, and also gave updates about the men injured and dead in the shooting, They also said that the man who was said to be alive was saved and taken to the hospital but he still remains in a critical condition. Later it was also updated that the fighting which took place before the shooting included 15-20 men in the park along with firearms.
Who Is The Suspect?
The two people who were found injured severely in the park were in their early twenties and late teens as well. The person who was pronounced dead had sustained injuries in the upper half of his body and the second person’s condition still remains critical. Police have transferred the case to the homicide unit and they will now investigate the rest of the case and find the suspects in the case. Also, any information about the victims and the suspects was not revealed by the police until now. Police are also investigating in the nearby area for any evidence and are asking for anyone who can help in the case who has witnessed the case.
